CJ's Kitchen has lost it's lease and will liquidate the operation including well maintained Commercial  Kitchen Equipment, Fixtures, Exterior Walk-Walk-in Cooler, make-up air unit and restaurant fixtures.  All of the equipment is still being used daily through Sunday October 16th. 

PLEASE READ THE REMOVAL TIME AND INSTRUCTION AS THERE IS ONLY A LIMITED TIME BEFORE THE BUILDING WILL BE RAISED.  DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT REMOVE THE ITEMS BY THE END THE DAY ON WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 19th.  Also please note that the buyers may need to disconnect or hire professional riggers to remove some equipment at "Buyers" expense.
