Visa, MasterCard & Discover. 13% Buyers premium is in effect.  (3% discount for cash or check payments.)  All items sold as is, where is. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR BY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION. McLaughlin Auctioneers reserve the right to charge the card on file for balances still due 48 Hours after the close of the auction Extended Bidding terms apply (Bids placed on items in the last 3 minutes will be extended another 3 minutes until no further bids are received.) Special Terms for Firearms.  All Firearms will be transferred by Glen's Army Navy, 701 NW 4th St, Grand Rapids MN 55744.  $25 Transfer Fee will be charged for each firearm purchased. Buyer's will need to pick up all firearm purchases at Glen's Army Navy, 701 NW 4th St, Grand Rapids MN 55744.  Firearms must be paid in full with McLaughlin Auctioneers before they will be released or Shipped by FFL.  If Purchaser request to have a firearm shipped to their  local FFL, the $25 fee will be applied towards the shipping and handling charges. The Purchaser is responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges, as well as any transfer fees charged by the Receiving FFL.  Winning purchasers will be given instructions and additional contact and pickup information following the auction.

Scheduled Pick Up is by appointment only on location Friday July 22nd from 9:00 am until 4:00 PM and Saturday July 23rd 9:00 until 3:00 PM.  

IMPORTANT:  ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AND REMOVED DURING THESE DATES AS THE NEW OWNERS ARE TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY SHORTLY AFTER THE AUCTION.
